[제 1조 ] 본거래 약정상 매도인을 "갑"이라 칭하고 매수인을 "을"이라 칭한다.

"갑"은 상기 품목의 기계를 하기 사항의 약정으로 "을"에게 매도하며, "을"은 상기품목의 기계를 하기의 사항의 약정으로 "갑"에게 매수한다.

[Article 1] In this transaction agreement, the seller is referred to as “A” and the buyer is referred to as “B.”

“A” sells the above-mentioned machines to “Party B” under the following terms and conditions, and “Party B” purchases the above-mentioned machines from “Party A” with the following terms and conditions.

[제2조] 매매 대금은 낙찰금액으로 정하고 "을"은 계약금 10%와 수수료를 하기 중계인M옥션 (㈜태한트레이드)의 경매전용계좌로 낙찰후 최소 1주일전에 지불하고, 잔금 90%는 "을"이 요청납입일 최소 1주일 전에 M옥션 (㈜태한트레이드)의 경매전용계좌로 지불한다.

"갑"은 계약금 10% 와 수수료 청구를 중계인( M옥션 (㈜태한트레이드) ) 경매 전용 계좌를 통해 낙찰후 최소 10일 안에 처리받고,,"갑"의 소재지에서 "을"이 지정한 일정에 협의된 운송업체에 상기 품목의 기계를 인도키로 하고 잔금 90%를 "을"에게서 물건인수 확인후 ( M옥션 (㈜태한트레이드) ) 경매전용계좌 에서 최대 6일안에 지불받는다

[Article 2] The sale price is set at the winning bid amount, and “B” pays a 10% deposit and a commission to the auction-only account of the broker M Auction (Taehan Trade Co., Ltd.) at least one week prior to the successful bid, and the balance is 90%. % shall be paid by “B” to the auction-only account of M Auction (Taehan Trade Co., Ltd.) at least one week prior to the requested payment date.

“A” must receive a 10% deposit and pay a commission through the auction-only account of the broker (M Auction (Korea Trading Co., Ltd.)) within at least 10 days after winning the bid. The above items will be delivered by the transport company agreed upon on the schedule, and 90% of the balance will be deposited from the auction-only account (M Auction (Korea Trading Co., Ltd.)) within a maximum of 6 days. Payment will only be made upon confirmation of receipt of the goods from “B”.

[제3조] 거래규정상 본 계약을 "갑"이 위반시에는 "을"에게 계약금상당 금액을 지불하며 "을"이 위반시에는 계약금액 전액을 포기토록 규정한다. 또한 계약을 위반한 당사자는 추후 "M옥션"을 통해서 입찰 및 낙찰을 진행시 중계 수수료 차등 및 탈퇴등 불이익을 받을수 있다. (수수료는 반환되지 않는다)

[제5조] 설치 및 AS는 협의가 없을시 기본적으로 "을"에게 귀속된다 ((단 "을"이 중계인( M옥션) 에게 위임하여 진행할수 있다)

[Article 5] If there is no agreement, installation and after-sales service basically belong to “B.” (However, “B” can delegate the task to a broker (M Auction).)

[제6조] 모든 거래에 부가세( VAT)는 별도입니다.

[Article 6] Value added tax (VAT) is charged separately for all transactions.

[제7조] 본 계약과 관련하여 분쟁이 있을 시 우선 당사자 간의 협상으로 해결하고, 그 협상을 통하여 해결되지 않을 경우 대한중재원의 중재규칙에 의한 중재 또는 관할 법원의 소송으로 그 계약의 분쟁을 최종 해결한다.

[Article 7] If there is a dispute related to this contract, it will first be resolved through consultation between the parties. If any dispute regarding this Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If resolution is not possible, the arbitration rules of the Korean Arbitration Board or litigation in the competent court shall apply.

[제8조] 본 계약은 "갑"과 "을"에게 정해진 이메일로 통보되며 계약종료시까지 보관합니다.

[Article 8] This contract will be notified to “Party A” and “Party B” via designated emails, and will be kept until the contract is terminated.
